Establishment Basis

• Support for the Environmental Technology & environmental Industry Act(Enforced on April 28, 2011 and on October 29, 2011)
• Article 11(Establishment/operation of the Korea Environmental Industry Association): An environment-specialized construction operator pursuant to Art.15 Clause 3, and someone ordained by a Presidential decree, such as an environment consulting company pursuant to Art.16 Clause 4 can establish the Environmental Industry Association by permission of the Minister of Environment.
