Contract notice for Extension of wastewater collection and transport system and drinking water supply

Short Description:
The contract will include:
- the new water supply pipeline, which will ensure the transport of drinking water from Brasov (Stupini district) in order to supply water to the distribution system of Feldioara, with a length of L = 8 054 ml.
- a new sewerage collector (including the construction of all necessary connections in the vicinity of the collector) with a length of L = 20,489 ml, which will ensure the transport of waste water collected from Brasov Municipality to Feldioara Wastewater Treatment Plant,
- Completion of the sewerage network started within the SOP Environment 2007-2013 Phase I, by extending the L = 5 260 ml in the Stupini district of Brasov; the connection will be made to the sewerage collector Brasov-Feldioara,
- the design and construction of 4 (four) waste water pumping stations, including discharge pipes, with a length of L = 1 271 ml, to enable the transport of collected waste water from the Stupini district to the collector of Brasov-Feldioara.
All the works will be executed both inside and outside the localities within the project area. The contracting entity will respond in a clear and complete manner to all clarification requests / additional information requested by the economic operators 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders insofar as these requests will be addressed 15 days before the date the deadline for submitting bids.
Deadline for completion: 60 months from the date of award of the contract: represents the period of execution of works of 24 months + the 36-month defect notification period.
