Description: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from environmental consulting and/or consulting engineering firms to provide environmental site assessment services on an “as and when requested basis” at contaminated sites within the National Capital Region in Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec. A minimum of four (4) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) will be awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal. The resulting SOA will be for a period of four (4) years from the date of award. Hourly rates quoted will remain fixed for the first two (2) years. The NCC will allow the successful consultants to increase their hourly rates by the consumer price index for the final two years.
