Contract notice: Establishing safe wastewater disposal in the town of cantemir, Moldova

Short description:
According to current planning, the project will consist of:

1) Design and construction of a waste water treatment plant (5,420 Population Equivalent for a first Phase with the treatment process being low load trickling filters).

2) Rehabilitation and extension of the existing sewer system (16,3 km of new gravity sewers and 1,7 km of new pressure sewers and 3 sewerage pumping stations. Note: construction of 6,1 km of total 16,3 km of new gravity sewers will be contracted upon availability of funds only).

3) Optimization of the existing water supply system (rehabilitation of a raw water pumping station).
